How to Order
 
To place an order, click “ Add To Saddle Bags” after selecting any product. 
 
Adding additional items to your order is as simple as selecting another item and clicking click “Add To Saddle Bags”.
 
Changing or canceling an order is easy.   Click on “ from your order by clicking on “Remove Items” or change quantity on your order to zero.  Then update “Your Saddle Bags”.

Order Status
 
After you place an online order, you will receive an email confirming your order and that payment has been approved.  Expect your order to arrive in 5 to 7 business days.

Product Availability
           
Reiniac.com strives to offer product availability in 5 to 7 business days.  Occasionally, high demand causes a shortage of certain items.  If we do not have an item in stock, we can  usually provide it in 10 to 14 business days.
                       

Returns and Exchanges
 
 
Can I Return My Purchase?
 
Reiniac.com will gladly accept your returns for exchange or credit with in 30 days of purchase.  Merchandise must be in as-new condition (tags, packaging intact, unwashed, unworn).
 
 
How to Return an Item
 
Click on Return Form. Fill out Return Form and place in packaging with item to be returned and mail to:

Exchanges:  Reiniac.com will ship your exchange in 5 to 7 business days.
 
Refunds:  A check will be mailed to you in the amount of the product purchased plus tax (if applicable) with in 30 days.
